PROFILE  John Van Hage info@johnvanhage.com John Van Hage, landscape designer, underwent extensive horticultural training and studied landscape design under the internationally renowned garden designers John Brooks, working in the family buisness, "Van Hage" Garden Company, between his studies. John first exhibited at the Chelsea Flower Show in 1990; the following year, aged 25, John became the youngest designer to win a Gold medal and the coveted Fiskars Sword Of Excellence best in show for his "Forgotten Pavilion garden" hailed as a masterpiece of subtle planting by John Morland in his published book "CHELSEA GOLD" (published by CASSELL). John continues to expand the boundaries of architectural garden design through challenging expected theories to create an exciting and inspired use of space. John specialises in all aspects of landscaping both in the commercial and private sector, UK and abroad.
